Yes separate sealed ...1 pearl in each oysyer.

Does the package include the instructions?

I don’t remember any instructions but it is not hard at all to crack or pry them open. I used my fingers to open most.

the pearls are grea, but why do some (blue one) come with DYE??

Because they are dyed. They are real pearls, just not natural in color.

Is there an expiration date on these?

I didn’t see one. I still have a few left. I’ve given them with cage charms as gifts band they’ve all been fine.
