I have the Buchanan c24 tool. With the 2007 caps, are these suitable for non-ground connections with solid wire?

Is this open on both ends? I want to connect 4 wires into one wire on the other side.

What is the diameter of the center? I am using for something other than wiring. I am looking to place 1/8 inch bungie cord through this.

I can't really tell you what the diameter is but I can put four 14-2 ground wires in it. I would say you would have no problem with 1/8" cord
