I've read Fr. Zago's other book "Cancer Can Be Cured" and this book is so very much better. It explains in depth on how to gather the ingredients, how to prepare the juice and how to take it. I had quite a few question after reading the first book but since reading this one, everything is very clear and I don't have any more questions.It goes into detail on different ailments and provides a lot of excellent information and the bibliography is well done. If you are serious about cleansing your body of toxins in a natural way, this book is the one for you. I am not prone to scams, quick ways to get healthy, etc. and usually am skeptical but this books makes sense (at least to me it does) and I will be preparing a batch for myself in a few days. I have no qualms about taking this natural product. So simple to get the ingredients, making the juice and taking it and it is very inexpensive to make.

Father Zago has given the world an incredible gift by publishing this book. The magic of aloe dates back to pre-Egyptian times and has been used in many cultures for centuries. He gives the recipe here, it's easy to make yourself at home with 3 simple ingredients.Yes, aloe tastes bitter but adding pure bee honey to it makes it easier to swallow.Aloe helps with many illnesses, and is not just for topical use. A good portion of the book alphabetically lists the many health challenges aloe can improve or even totally cure. I have long been a fan of "doctor yourself" books & this one's wonderful. The writing style is easy to read, despite being translated to English, which sometimes results in peculiar wording or sentence structure.

My husband was given two months to live as his cancer had metastasized into his bones. Years ago I bought an aloe aborescens plant.Over the years I have acquired a greenhouse full of aloe plants. I have successfully used aloe vera on burns, serious scar tissue, stomach ulcers, colic-ed horses, all with amazing results. I found Father Zago's book and used his recipe with the aloe aborescens I had grown. My husband could no longer turn himself over, no food or water would stay down. Our daughter in law (a doctor) said she felt he'd be gone in a day or two. Not much to lose. I gave him the aloe. Three days later we knew he was going to get better. He could keep water then food down. I only had enough aloe for two batches so I ordered on line. Not as tasty as mine according to Papa Bear, That said six weeks later I got seriously bit by a dog, rushed to the doctor, bleeding,disheveled, wounded, I did not so much as get a glance. The receptionist, the nurse, my doctor all just stared,,,,,at Papa Bear. Blood dripping from the towel wrapped around my hand, pasty face and they're busy starring, just because the last time we were in they thought he would be dead any day. Our doctor begged him to go to the hospital, just so he could be comfortable till the end and here he was dragging me in. Four months later, he still takes his aloe every day, eats like a horse, not 100 percent yet, but clearly he's going to be here awhile longer.

I ordered this book after I had read "Cancer can Cured," also by Father Romano Zago. I found "Aloe isn't medicicine and yet... it cures!" very informative and at the same time, written in easily understandable language. The information is invaluable for cancer patients looking for supplementary or alternative treatment, especially for the chronically ill, but it also speaks about the healing power of the Aloe Arborescens plant for many other ailments. I liked "Cancer Can Be Cured" best because of the many actual healing stories cited in the book, but I would highly recommend both both books very highly.

Father Zago's new book is an obvious and welcome companion to his first, as he expands here on a few more concepts. Written in the same easy-to-understand manner as his first "Cancer Can Be Cured" book, this volume overall seems to be just as anecdotal in scope. Father Zago responds here to the many questions he had received following the publication of his first book. The main suggestion is that people who follow his aloe-syrup recipe may, if they wish, tweak a bit the formula, so as to better adapt it to their own subjective taste and needs. In other words, one need not be too proscriptive about following the exact syrup instructions in every single detail.Pp. 63-129 detail several ailments that Father Zago says can be cured by the aloe arborescens treatment (from asthma to candidiasis, to halitosis, to insomnia, to tonsillitis, just to mention a few that he lists).Those readers who wish to be presented with more science than just anecdotal evidence will be rewarded by the index on pp. 133-162 where -- listed in alphabetical order by author -- the book provides a list of over 150 bibliographical scientific entries detailing international studies conducted on the scientific and botanical properties of aloe.Father Zago's own language and written style remain, as per his first book, humble and unpretentious. This is a very readable volume, which must be read together with his first book. Otherwise, this volume alone does not make a whole lot of sense, for it assumes the reader is already familiar with "Cancer Can Be Cured".

Amazing book with accurate and insightful alternatives to western medicine. Extremely effective recipes inside, easy to make and alleviates extreme abdominal pains in hours. The only medicine we need in life is appropriate nutritin. Aloe is not medicine it is a super food with over 300 essential nutrients for the body to be healthy and stay that way.

I found this book very informative. The author is very generous in offering quite a few options and ingredients in mixing this formula. The main complaint I have is that it is almost impossible to find the aloe plant the author recommends, and if you do, it is expensive. Luckily, you can use the regular medicinal aloe plant and still get impressive results.

Best thing I ever bought...I had the recipe but I just wanted to read n find out more about it...already did my first course of this medicine..going to start the second round soon..feeling amazing already..

Have now got both books. Very informative indeed and would recommend ea household to have one on their shelves.
