Metal Gold Flagpole Eagle top, Aluminum, Flag Pole Ornament, 7-inch Wingspan

This gold eagle feels sturdy and looks terrific. What I really like is 3/4 inch copper tubing slides inside the base without any additional adapters, making it versatile for multiple decorating applications.

Top of my flag pole

My local city council had a flag pole that had a similar eagle on top. Some how, its right wing had been broken off. For years, the one-winged eagle set on top of the pole until I couldn't stand it any longer, so I ordered this replacement. I was worried that it wouldn't fit the old flag pole, but it fit perfectly and was so easy to replace. And it looks better (more shiny & new) than the one it replaced.

This proud Eagle secures on the top of your indoor flag pole two ways: a "jam" fit secured by two brads. Or twist off this base for use on a pole with screw top. This makes it functional in two ways. The "plus" is the detail in the feathers of the fine Official Bird of our Nation. Front and back are accented with the texture of feathers. Even the talons, resting on the orb base have been given crisp accents. Brilliant golden finish completes this Eagle.

Very substantial. Heavy. Well made. Robust. Nicely weather resistant, so far. The eagle cost more than the flag and pole, combined. I like it.

This product looks nice and went right on our flagpole but broke the first time it was bumped.
