Into gadgets; then this knife is for you.
Great utility and good looking multi-purpose knife. Lots of gadgets. No locking device so you have to be careful. Decent machining for this brand. Great for a gift.

Can't Complain For The Price
The elephant in the room, it is for sure not a Victorinox. And you will be able to tell immediately with the cut outs and how the metal is feels. It feels noticably weaker. But, the same tool from Victorinox is over $100. And the SAKs keep getting more expensive to where you don't really want to beat on them. I feel bad using them the way they're meant to be used, cause I'm cheap. But this tool you can replace at any time, and you have the same tool set but with lower quality. You also don't get a pen like you do with the Victorinox. And some of the tools on the back are impossible to access unless you open other tools first to give room. Overall, for 20 bucks I will allow it. 5 stars!

Decent quality
Mostly I'm pleased but the magnifying glass is so cloudy it is useless.

Great!
Purchased as a Christmas present for a teenager and they were very happy with it. The parts are pretty tight and take some work to open but it definitely seems sturdy and built to last, and each tool individual tool is sharp, functional and looks nicely made. Very nice looking body design as well.

Magnifying glass/scissors
The tool quality leaves a lot to be desired. The magnifying glass option on this knife does not work at all. The scissors on this knife are very loose and hard to close. Now the scissors came apart totally. Could I please get another knife, or a refund? I believe I still have the box.

Sale plus promotion plus cheap so okay great for my purposes!
So I'm going to test this re how it holds up for how long. Ease of use isn't much because so many features are crammed into this. For the same reason, using the OG Swiss Champ can be challenging, but it's noticeably easier, I'm finding. This apparent knockoff could be a great value for the money, or instead a disappointing waste, depending upon expectations and intentions. Because the Victorinox product feels more precisely constructed and seems finer finished. Still, I plan use this to the max and thoroughly check out the functionality going forward in good fun, with hope and optimism.

Has Potential, Needs Modifications
Swiss Eagle Multitool did its best but it needs modifications for some tools for it to be REALLY useable. The awl is not sharp at all, which you can definitely sharpen yourself. The thread passer on the awl is way too far but still passable for use. The scissors needs sharpening. The metal saw does not have the necessary teeth serrations, you can see the outline of teeth but its like it was not completed, almost feels blunt. The file works. The wood saw is good enough. The phillips driver is too blunt so you can't use that effectively too. The key ring is too thin and flimsy that it will most likely bend or break over time. The shaver is also so blunt that it looks like you have 2 mini flat screwdrivers. The pliers are useless because there are no serrations on the jaw. Which means, it can not grip anything at all. The tweezers is complete junk, if you have an extra one from a Victorinox, it would make that slot not useless. Toothpick is ok. Magnifying glass is passable. Can opener and bottle opener are good too. Knives are nice and sharp. All of these problems can be fixed with a little effort. But the thing is, it looks like it was an incomplete product. Like they forgot to sharpen the awl, shaver, metal saw and put serrations on the pliers. IT DOES OPEN EASILY, despite all the negative reviews I read about it being too hard to open. The Swiss Eagle I received opened with ease. It has potential if you put a little work on it. Nice cheap tool for just incase simple scenarios. I gave it a 3 star since the potential to work is there and it opens easily. Quality looks like it would last a good while.

UNBELIEVABLE!
I dropped my Swiss Army Champ somewhere in the living room and one of our three dogs must have been attracted to the leather case. I think it may have been taken outside and dropped off somewhere in our very large park-like property. We’ll keep looking…After awhile I went looking for a replacement on Amazon where I came across the “Swiss Eagle”. The price looked ridiculously low, but curiosity drove me to buy one. At 24 dollars and some change I thought “What the heck”. At that price I knew it was made in China. I usually try to stay away from foreign made products, preferring US made goods instead. In particular, I try to stay away from Chinese goods because so much of it is cheaply made. There are other reasons as well, one of which is that they eat dogs in China (and in Switzerland too). Anyway, I knew that Amazon would allow me to return the knife if I chose.lWell, to make a long story short, the knife came the very lnext day and it proved to be an exception to the rule. It’s a dead ringer for my lost Swiss Champ, except that it isn’t red, and I cannot find either the tweezers or the toothpick. The quality is every bit as good as my lost ‘Champ’.I’ll keep looking for my lost ‘Champ’ though… It was an old friend!OVERTAKE:My Champ has been found!!!!It wasn’t the dogs after all!It was found indoors by my wife!Great happiness!
