perfect power bank for my needs, comes with protective case, cords, good instructions
I don't know much about power banks of this size, but I know I needed one. I basically wanted to make sure it had enough oomph to take care of my tablet or lap top as needed. I looked at bunch of these before finally deciding on this one. The description just had enough information to make me comfortable ordering this one even though so many looked and sounded similar. Price point was in range, too. If I wanted more features, then the price goes way up. I basically knew what I needed this for, and the worked from there. Not bad for a newb. :DSo far, I think it has been a great choice. I am happy with it. It took some getting used to as it was so new to me, but the included instructions are good. And I can come back here for more info too. I am kind of new to power banks of this size, but I needing something to keep my old tablet going (and occasionally lap top or phone). My tablet doesn't hold a charge for long, and I am not always in a spot that has an outlet for me to charge it up. I can pack up this bank, and take it wherever I find myself working. There are plenty of additional options- USB, USB C, regular plug in. I like that I can see how much charge is left on the power bank, and I can see how far along it is when I am charging it back up. No guessing!!! That really helps me.It comes with a durable soft "hard case". It zips up, and it has a mesh pocket for keeping cord and instructions organized. At 2 lbs it has heft but isn't too heavy to handle. Optional light is a cool bonus feature. Best charger
I've had this charger for years, I've tried others too. Words can't describe how Superior this charger is to all the others. It's a portable charger that lasts for days. 5 out of 5 guys. Get this!!!!

So far has worked well for me
The fan is a bit noisy but it has worked for me so far. I've used and recharged at least 15 times, using it to power a HEPA air filter that has a regular wall plug inside a mesh backpack to make it a portable room sized filter. Thanks to reviewers that flagged it I knew to be sure to push the button to turn on the AC plug before using. The case is nice but wish there was an option that it could sit in while in use, with air to fan and space for plugging the item in, but that's only awkward because of my portable usage.

Not enough power
No reason to add a photo just as it looks like, I ultimately bought this and basically wasted $130 because it dies too fast considering the battery output, it’s bad ass design despite the life of battery, takes 6 hours to fully charge that’s on 20+% if you drain the battery 🪫 expect to leave it charging while at work and by time you home from your shift it may still be charging… I rate it all categories 1 star ⭐️ because honestly don’t make nice things that don’t actually work in an emergency, in an emergency people rely on a constant charge, maybe add 2 type c ports remove the usb 😂 add more battery power guess 100watts are not enough for most of us.. so if your like me get bigger because if you need a good battery it’s not this

Reliable Power in the Field
I needed a power source for my laptop in portable, remote radio operations. I needed several hours of power and the source needed to be "RF quiet" so it didn't introduce a bunch of noise into the radio equipment. I researched a ton of similar chargers, but this unit fills the bill handily. My laptop plugs in, I turn the unit on, and it supplies power to the laptop without issue. The laptop battery stays fully charged.I have run my laptop this way for 3+ hours and this charger only shows 1 LED out of 5 depleted. When you start the charger in the 110v AC mode it also starts a fan in the opposite end, but the fan is quiet and not distracting. It comes in a zippered case that is good quality which easily fits the charger and its accessories, USB cable etc.The only reason for the 4 stars in travel is that the unit is fairly heavy. In a carry-on, that might be an issue. When first received the unit needs to be fully charged, which takes something like 5 hours but after that, I find recharging is relatively fast.I haven't used the other modes but this unit solved a problem for me and does exactly what I needed it to do.UPDATE:I have used this charger in the field to fully charge a laptop, and it did so in about an hour. The charger still had 4 of the 5 LED indicators, so apparently it could charge the laptop multiple times.Problem:On two occasions the white "highlight" LED has been activated on its own. I believe this is from contact with the carry case. Today I opened the case to find the light on, and the charge depleted to almost zero, indicating it had been on for two days or so. Since this is an LED there wasn't much heat generated, but the case was warm to the touch. Not a good situation, especially if it happens before you really need it.Removed one star for this.

Over a year and still works
I don't use this all the time but it's good to have. I take it on trips or camping. It's a nice to have extra battery power for my laptop. It seems to be built pretty sturdy. It does take a while to charge up the battery. Just charge it overnight and you're all good.

Ready to work
A good backup supply source for the myriad devices that we depend on or keep us distracted.

Battery life is not long after first couple of uses
It worked well the first few months, charging my phone several times before battery was out. The battery life got much worse after a few months after use and now I no longer use it at all.
