So glad we ditched our non stick baking trays which lose all the coating and go rusty. I still use a baking sheet with these, but they are so much better for cleaning.

I've always used non stick roasting trays. But never again. These are super easy to clean when used. I've booked these for pure convenience.Oh and I read some people complaining about non stick coating being toxic etc. , you need to get out more often. Unless you're going to scrape any coating off your other trays and eat it, or heat your trays above 260 degrees C and inhale the fumes, I think you're okay.Or better yet, stay well clear of the kitchen, for your safety and the safety of others .

Be aware the shine comes off these pans really quickly. I hand washed them as advised and shine disappeared in corners after two washes. They have started to stain already ,I've had them about a fortnight,If I use anything other than a sponge to get rid of stains the shine will go completely. I wouldn't dream of putting them in the dishwasher.I have had stainless steel saucepans for years and scrubbed them without losing the shine so I'm wondering about the quality of the steel. They also bang and bend with the heat, however they do return flat on cooling.
