I've tried multiple brands and tinctures for my ADHD and narcolepsy. This is very strong without completely messing with my vitals. I only need one capsule. Gives a great focus, anti nausea, works as a stool softener and body relaxing/pain relief effect without overpowering you like some brands. I highly recommend for anyone with lethargic symptoms, gastric issues, ADHD, PTSD or even certain cancers. It really is the wonder supplement for those with ptsd chronic health issues and ADHD. It will help you feel better while waking you up more than a cup of coffee. In my opinion if you take 2 or 3 it's stronger than amphetamine and much safer too!

This Damiana product makes my skin itchy. I took it on two different days, and my skin began to itch both times. It wasn't a horrible itch, but it was constant and I'm concerned that I'm allergic to this product. This would make my first known food allergy. The heals and soles of my feet also turned reddish. I did have vivid dreams both nights, but I didn't notice any benefits in the two short days that I tried this product. Will be throwing the rest away, but wanted to let others know to be careful and monitor your reaction any time you try a new supplement.
