Depending on what type of heat. It is a light parfum so it might fad in heat. However, it is a great Parfum and I highly recommend it.

Q: why the utem descriptiin says it's for men?

From the description seen, I would say this product was definitely mislabeled. Other than that, nary a clue as to mislabeling (if definitely that) for this product.

Q: does it smell like Jewel by Alfred Sung?

I have not had the opportunity to smell that one

Q: What are the ingredients? Are their hormones in the “fragrance” ingredient like there are for so many perfumes/colognes?

As a person very interested in perfumery, I can assure you that you can't find hormones in commercially sold fragrances. Please, don't believe this nonsense. Same story about absolutely natural perfumes. They don't exist. I hope this helps :)

Not a genuine product...

When received the product the packing looked good. Unfortunately the product turned out to be fake. Forget about long lasting, it does not even stay for 15 mins. It feels like you have sprayed water and not perfume actually. NOT RECOMMENDED.....
