Our team is overjoyed with this addition to the facility. It has spurred great competition in who can consistently drink their water goals. We love being able to see how many single use bottles we have saved. Great product. Only had one issue with a fitting leaking during install but pretty easy fix.

Well designed cooler except for filter access. Works well and good install directions on line. Just wish filter had an access door on the side rather than removing bottom panel that has access screws facing the floor.

We had it installed just in time for our Vacation Bible School ... 85+ children. We just need to check on the 'filter' light that lit up only after around 100 bottles were filled. Otherwise, it's working great!

I've been needing to upgrade my old freestanding fountain in my machine shop for a few years. Saw one of these units at my gym, and finally pulled the trigger. I am very happy with it. Did the install myself, fairly easy, but you do kinda need a second set of hands to help hold it while you screw it to the wall. Cement block install. I did have to modify the base to allow the drain pipe to exit through the bottom as I don't have an in-wall drain or outlet. The instructions seem to only list the installation height for small children, had to lookup online what code was for an acceptable height. The only problem is that the bottle filler station does not supply the water at a cold temperature, only cool. Still worth it though.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this a couple years ago for our theatre lobby and it has worked perfect ever since. For our actors, this is perfect for them to refill their water bottles time and time again with cold filtered water. It's a great design and completely accessible to everyone. If you are in need of a new drinking fountain, look no further.

No matter how many time we take a new filter out and put it back in the light will not change to green; tried at least 4x in the last week. Really annoying; it cost $500 to install, $1200 to buy, and what - I'm supposed to uninstall and ship back - very disappointing and do not recommend.

We love the fountain and are very happy with it. However, it replaced a drinking fountain that was very old, 30 plus years and this resulted in some extreme plumbing issues. It took us 2 different plumbers and $1200 in plumbing fees to get it installed. This is because the water line and drain had to be moved. We figure it will pay for itself in 2 years now rather than one year like we originally thought.
