This chair is not pre assembled & is delivered in a box as component pieces ready for you to assemble.

Can this be assembled without the arm rests?

Sorry I ordered for a work colleague not myself, so not sure. But i know for her she would have needed the arm rests.

Can the headrest be removed ?

Both the head/neck & lumber support can be removed. They are held in place with elasticated straps.
