I love this book! I use it all the time still, after owning it for many years. It shows correct fingering for every scale, and I use it for practicing around the circle of fifths (or fourths) when I practice my scales. It's also helpful for very quickly finding the relative minor of any scale (or the relative major of a scale) and it's helpful when composing or notating for getting the sharps and flats of every scale right.

Now I am in my 70s and have Rheumatoid and Osteoarthrits and its creeping into my hands and fingers. It has been suggested to me that scales can be benificial to arthritis. One of those don't over doit but do it things. This book has scales in it! It works for me.
