My son was able to easily pack it in his carry-on without any hassle. it can get really hard to squeeze the last 30% of the sunscreen left because the plastic is very stiff, leaves a prominent white cast, other than that it's really good for strong sun and hot conditions, not the best one out there but still a solid pick
