Good for sensitive skin
I used to wax my chin and top lip but, recently, every type of wax I have tried has left me red and sore. So, I have been left with the painfully time consuming option of tweezing individual hairs.I was nervous about trying this in case it caused the same sort of reaction as the wax but I was pleasantly surprised - no burning on application and no red or broken skin when I removed it. It got rid of all the long straggly 'hag hairs' too! It's quite pricey and doesn't leave my chin and top lip hair free for quite as long as wax used to but they are minor complaints when I can be both pain and hair free!

Not for PCOS or sensitive skin
This does work to take away most of the hairs, but if you have the thicker PCOS hairs it doesn't touch them. Also not suitable for sensitive skin - I don't have sensitive skin, but this left me with a red, sore patch for about 24hrs after using, which isn't great as it's a face cream.

Not good on delicate skin
If I could rate it 0 I would I've ended up with chemical burns on my faces and it did not remove any hair at all.

Works for very fine hair only
If you have very very fine, light hairs - this works great. Anything more - forget it. Even after 10 mins, anything more than a fine, peach fuzz is still firmly stuck.Disappointing.
