This has to be one of the best random purchases I have ever made. I wear an AirFit F20 Large full mask. My face is between a M and L so I have to pull the bottom straps pretty tight to keep a good seal. Needless to say this has caused 10 months of discomfort to the back of my head because it always felt like the headgear was cutting into me. Not to mention waking up with strap marks on my face. I was looking at various CPAP mask products when this Neck Pad w/ Strap covers showed up on my screen. After reading about it I ordered and thought it couldn't hurt to try it. From the first night it felt great. No more cutting into my head, no more strap marks on my face. I have been using this product for 2 months straight now and I don't have a single complaint. If I had to pick out one problem it would be that the velcro strap on the neck pad part that wraps is a bit to long, but after adjusting it a little bit I can't even tell it's there any more. If you are having problems with your headgear cutting into your head or strap marks I would highly recommend this product. It is very simple to put on and once it's on it's so soft and comfortable that you forget it's there.Update (Feb 2023): I have been using this product for 4yrs now. I'm on my 2nd one and its still one of the best random products I've ever bought. I even added the upper strap pads.

This is my 3rd 1 of this product, I recommend this for extra comfort. My last 1 lasted about a year waring it nightly. Velcro woreout but a year is good

I really like this product, it covers the straps on my BIPAP full face mask to where I do not have to walk around with the embarrassing red marks on my face and neck for hours anymore in the mornings, it is soft and comfortable, the only thing that I noticed is that where the covers Velcro together when they get twisted and end up on the inside part of the strap that touches your face it can be a little uncomfortable so you gotta keep them untwisted and sometimes my neck would get hot from the material, which in all fairness is really to be expected in my opinion

I'm giving this a "meh". I have use a ResMed AirFit F20 with higher pressure and the seems on the back bug the back of my neck. This product is too big and is hard to get it to stay in the right place while putting it on. Once on and adjusted, it works fine, albeit a bit hot (fleece-like material). Occasionally the velcro will scratch you as you toss and turn. I've cut mine down a bit (with scissors, easily done) so the the arms on the sides do not obstruct the magnetic clasps on my mask, and that a bit of velcro from this product attaches directly to my straps.

Every morning I would wake up with pain in my occipital region from the head gear. This product resolved my problem and I am so thankful! It was easy to put on, and I had a successful night of sleep without pain in the back of my head. It is not really bulky and you do not even know the padding is there. I would invest in the product again and again. Happy Sleeping!

Oh, the Resplabs CPAP Neck Pad, where have you been all my life? I've been using my CPAP machine for years and my neck has been feeling like it's been in a constant headlock. But then, like a superhero, the Resplabs CPAP Neck Pad swooped in to save the day (and my neck).The first night I used it, I felt like I was sleeping on a fluffy cloud made of unicorn hair. Okay, maybe not that magical, but it definitely felt good. It's like a gentle hug for my neck that says "I know you're going through a lot with that CPAP machine, but I got you, boo."I swear, if I could wear this thing out in public without looking like a complete weirdo, I totally would. Maybe I'll start a new trend of fashionable neck pillows. I wear AirFit F20 full face mask with AirSense 10 CPAP. The head strap on the mask was irritating and rubbing the back of my neck. This pad keeps the strap from irritating skin on neck or face. Material is comfortable. Works well. Highly recommended.

I purchased another brand about a year ago, liked the product so much that I then purchased this one to have when it was time to replace the first one. We'll, I opened it the other day and found the velcro on one side was installed incorrectly (there are two pieces of the "rough" texture instead of one rough and one soft, so it won't adhere to itself." I reached out to resplabs customer service on January 15th, and have received no response. (Today is February 2nd.) Yes, I realize I'm outside of the 30 day return window, but as I didn't open or look at the item until just the other day I was hoping they'd do the right thing.... oh well.... I've ordered two more of the other brand.
