Hair and nails have grown very fast!

Love these. Great value for money and work well.
Been buying these on repeat. I stopped taking them for a while and noticed an instant change in my skin and my nails were more susceptible to breaking. So I would recommend not taking breaks and there is an obvious difference. Easy to swallow and tasteless which is great. Definitely would recommend.

Good nail product but a little pricey
Bed. Using this product now for some time as my nails were really very flimsy. My nails have improved 100% and are much stronger . I do, however, find the pellets difficult to swallow as they are quite big . I tried the max version but could not swallow them.and wish the company would produce an alternative such as a gummy.I feel that they are expensive for continual use.Would recommend but not for the price.

Bigger box better value
I have used this for a long time and it is great for thickening hair and strengthening nails. I normally buy a month at a time but got three months this time so it was value for money
