Our little dog is 10 years old and is very "set" in his ways. We needed, however, to make a switch in his diet going from wet food to dry food. We tried other brands, but they were either too hard or the pieces were too large. Then others were just not appealing, and he would simply sniff them and walk away, as if to say, "You've got to be kidding!" The pieces in this Purina Pro Plan High Protein Small Breed Dog Food, Chicken & Rice Formula have a good texture and appearance, are easy for our little guy to chew (even though he is missing one back tooth) and it has not upset his stomach or given him any intestinal distress (diarrhea). It is worth the cost and is a good value for the money due to the wholesome ingredients. We are very pleased with this product!

I had to bribe my dog to eat other foods for years. games, treats, etc. We switched food and started this, and she loves it. Now she eats all her food. Her poos are healthy and her fur is soft. She still has tons of energy at 12 yrs old.

I have a small senior dog. His vet. recommended Purina Pro Plan Bright Mind because he was having memory issues ( incidents inside the house) . He’s more alert and has more energy since we switched his food to purina. I’m strongly recommended this product to dog lovers who are having memory problems. It really does the job that is described. Being a prime member is convenient , I have subscribed to get my dog food right at my door when he needs it. Great quality and pricy.

This is a good dog food for small dogs. I make homemade dog food and use this as a topper just to add a little crunch to their diet. They seem to love it. I have three little dogs.

The dog is obsessed with the little misshapen bits in the food that she first picks those out and eats all of them at once and then sections out her food and eats the rest of the food. She thinks they are treats. I do not blame her. I think these are easier to chew than some other brands. I switched from the Fromm brand because I wanted to see if she would like it. May just do them both on and off. Good stuff.

Really good dog food. My dogs are usually picky eaters and they picked this right up. I think the chicken chunks really helps and the fact that it has probiotics integrated is another plus.
