Twice my refund was delayed because of errors on Amazons part, I called after the second one and spoke to customer service. They “processed” my refund but didn’t actually do anything.Phone has an annoying line on the screen where it curves. This is a great concept but they aren’t at a point where selling them is super marketable. Instead of working on screen fixes they made special apps for the smaller screen when it’s flipped closed.If it’s your first time with a smartphone the screen probably won’t bother you right away.

Great phone and camera. And fits in your pocket easier. Screen clarity is great. The refresh rate at 165 on the main screen. And the external screen refresh rate of 144 really good. Had it almost 2 years now. No regrets!

Phones came on time (order 2 )had minor scratches (Good condition) but one of the phone is starting to act up it won't let me text r call (sometimes) I have to restart the phone then it starts to work so I have had both phones for about a week now and they both r acting up so my husband phone went out on him first so he ordered a replacement phone days after that my phone screen started turn black so I'm just going to asked for a refund I would not recommend this phone

Phone is perfect. No issues found with screen or touch sensors. I’m very excited to have an android phone again. I’ve been using iPhone for 7 years now and they never change. All iPhones have been the same since the first one came out.

Very difficult to set up. Size of the folded phone and screen are great. Trying to get Internet feed without Wi-Fi is next to impossible. Sound quality sucks. I have hearing aids and the phone is hit or miss on Bluetooth connection. I rate this 2 stars because I am still working on set up and I may have missed something, so some of the problem may be mine. Otherwise I would rate it 1 star.

I am low-key obsessed with this phone. I have to constantly have my notifications on for work. It's so convenient to have them pop up on the folded screen, give a basic response, and go back to what I'm doing outside of my job. I loved the price point. The camera is decent. I like that the fits perfectly in my hand. It's always easy to slip into a wristlet with a debit card and go out. I adore my phone.
