March 2025: Phone arrived today, and I gotta say this is a really nice phone. Nothing wrong with it, and honestly looks brand new. Everything works good, so I'm impressed, and might consider buying refurbished in the future. This is my first refurbished.July 2025: I waited 4 months to give the phone a while before adding an update. This phone is the best. I do take care when opening and closing it to keep that hinge and screen protector around the crease in as good of condition I can. It still looks new. It runs great, and they extended the Android 16 update to the 2023+, so it's up to date, I think. I am so glad I bought this phone. I will come back in a few more months for another update. Fingers crossed for another good update. Accidents do happen. Btw, a case, and a belt clip that the case can fit into is the way I went. Double protection. Better safe than sorry. Oh. And the built in games. They are really good games, so no need to get game apps, unless your like me and like casino apps. Still. Well done Motorola

the antenna ON THIS PHONE TO PICKUP WIFI SUCKS... DOES NOT WORK RIGHT AT ALL, JUNK!

Love my Motorola RAZR so much I bought my husband one. It works as well as mine that I bought new from Spectrum! No problem adding it to my plan. This phone is worth every penny. The size makes it easy to use either option open to full size or closed for quick texting or talking.I waited a month to review. So far even my hard to please husband enjoys his new toy.

Phones came on time (order 2 )had minor scratches (Good condition) but one of the phone is starting to act up it won't let me text r call (sometimes) I have to restart the phone then it starts to work so I have had both phones for about a week now and they both r acting up so my husband phone went out on him first so he ordered a replacement phone days after that my phone screen started turn black so I'm just going to asked for a refund I would not recommend this phone

I am low-key obsessed with this phone. I have to constantly have my notifications on for work. It's so convenient to have them pop up on the folded screen, give a basic response, and go back to what I'm doing outside of my job. I loved the price point. The camera is decent. I like that the fits perfectly in my hand. It's always easy to slip into a wristlet with a debit card and go out. I adore my phone.

Great phone just as described

Okay this phone was disappointing from the start. Very glitchy functionality is terrible.For instance almost every time I tried to like continue or complete route on bottom on screen after using any navigation app it would not respond to touch. Many other instances where you have to restart apps to get them to function again. Frustrating to a disabled device. Never worked smoothly.Now it’s cracked, I lost money that’s stuck in my cash app too because cash app likes to steal your money if they can when you break your phone. Except I didn’t break this phone it broke itself. Just had it closed my my pocket and open it to see the crack through the middle of the screen. I told someone else and it also happened to their friend recently on friends folding screen.
