Thanks! This has performed very consistently for us.A very warm but not too hot 1/4 cup of water to proof with a spoonful of good honey & a little sugar. In ten to 15 minutes, should have a nice blotchy foam dome!Our Kitchen runs a little cold, so we put the proofing jar in a warm dish & preheat the mixing bowl.To make our little Italian Truffle Breads.Pop the proofed mixture in the bowl & pour in enough Italian Black Truffle Oil that it seems too much! Then add approx five & half cups of flour cup by cup, while mixing into shape with a wooden spoon. Keep adding the warm water, maybe another 1 3/4 cups. Throw in some Black Truffle Salt, an optional amount of milk powder, a handful of oats & pumpkin seeds. Cover with oiled wrap and place somewhere toasty & warm for one to two hours (not over 140F that will kill the yeast). Push & pull into loaf shapes and bake for 33 minutes at around 350.Thanks again!

I found these in-date yeast packets on Amazon for an incredibly low price, which I assumed was a mistake by the vendor. No matter, I use them for making bread, bagels, and other goodies needing yeast.
