I have an area rug that is very hard to clean and even with vacuuming it still isn't absolutely clean BUT THESE TOOLS DID THE TRICK!I was looking for something to help me with dog hair- I have old 2 pits that do nothing but lay around all day and they love laying on my area rug. But the hair started building up and I started having to tell them to stay off the rug, which clearly made them sad, but the build up was driving me nuts. I would use a squeegee to keep it at bay but that only does so much.The biggest concern that I had was if I would be able to use with my wrists, I've had 2 CT surgeries in both wrists, so using any hand tools is mostly stressful for me. The design of the hands made them easy for me to handle, not heavy at all, and I didn't feel even 1 pain or twinge in my wrists. Not once did these snag my rug and it was super easy to handle and use. Also, got the job done FAST- I think I had the entire 5x7 area rug done in like 10 minutes TOPS! And not only did it get out the fur but it got the lint, crumbs and every other deep in dirt there was.What I did:First- I used the black and rubber one first with the small teeth side first and would go across a whole row.Second- Then I would go back over that row with the metal one to get any left behind or small hairs.** I did this all the way down the entire rug to completion.I'm very satisfied. My husband even came in while I was doing it and said "Wow that looks like a brand new rug! Good job honey." And now I honestly won't care about my dogs being on the area rug which I know is going to make them very happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This thing is amazing. My dogs don’t shed but I used it on my carpet and let me say, this thing WORKS! I vacuum about twice a week so I expected nothing to really come out and I was (dreadfully) wrong. It’s the best deep clean ever. I then used it in my boyfriend’s carpet (his dog sheds) and it was pulling out everything. Even if you don’t have pets who shed but you do have carpet, I highly recommend

Works really good for short carpet upholstery just not as good for the longer fiber upholstery like under the truck seats. This has so far worked best out of product I have tried. I have 3 dogs and it's working good at getting the hair out of my truck

This is the best thing I have ever used! The photo doesn’t do it justice, but it brought my carpets back to life! Cleaned the dog hair out of my dogs favorite couch pillows in seconds! And it’s easy and fun to use. I love the different options for different fabrics as well. I would’ve given this 100 stars if I could. Best product EVER!

Hair, hair everywhere... Nobody sheds like my new Golden Retriever. One of the few devices I've tried to control it with that works is this rake and it's companion, the softer rubbery rake. The metal one works fantastic on upholstery and larger spaces (careful, it may snag if you're pressing too hard or too fast), and the smaller one works on smaller spaces and more delicate fabrics. Of course, no matter how much I clean up, it still reappears immediately as my dog is a living hair spreader but that's another problem.

I have these little rugs and the vacuum will not pick hair up off of them. This was really impressive. I used it on one of my washable rugs and it was more like it was cutting it. It was getting hair off, but not like on these non-washable rugs. I’m really impressed with them, I did this little rug in a matter of seconds. And look how much I got off! Really great product, really great for the price too.

These both work great. Been looking for something to get the hidden pet hair out of my rug and the hair on my furniture. I was surprised at how well they both worked. Worth every penny.

A handy gaget that works great. I have cats and their hair seems to pierce fabric making it almost impossible to extract. Even with a vac. This gaget does a really good job plue the gaget cleans easily.
