Just add 1 tablespoon to every 500gr of flour
I add this to my sourdough and it gives the bread a really good flavour.

Great.
Definitely improves the taste of my loaves, saves on yeast, and gives a nice crust colour. The bread stay moist for longer too. I used another make for years, but can't get that any more. This one is just as good. I use 5g (1 tsp) per 500g flour.
