OMG
Stop what you're doing! This will change your life! This is proof of a higher intelligence. I use this as a roller on my legs, and I'm stunned at how well it relieves my muscle tightness. I'm not a doctor, and I don't play one on T.V., so don't sue me if you don't get the same results.

Gets in there DEEP!
This thing works REALLY well. If the rubber, "Spike" rounds are too painful/sensitive, this might too much. But if you and stomach and want that dig to the bone(nearly), these things are the answer.

not effective
The media could not be loaded. i have to rate this lower than i would like because it's just not effective like a sphere is. it's a really nice product that is really high quality but it doesn't do the trick like a lacrosse or tennis ball does.
