Do you need to wash them ?

Not at all. They’re freeze dried so they’re dry and a little crumbly - good for sprinkling on cakes or cereal. If you wash them they’ll just go soggy 👍🏽

Hi are these bilberries? What colour are they when crushed? Anybody had any recently please?

I think that Blueberry is the American version of Bilberry but not sure. The colour is a deep purple when crushed. I put mine in an airtight container after opening otherwise they can get slightly soft. When fresh out of the pack they crush easily into small pieces. I take 10 a day. great for arthritus.
