I believe that it did, I gave it as a gift bag for a friend but I didn’t recreate that “look”.

Good quality, reasonable price, cute

Good size and quality, and came with tissue paper! Didn’t feel cheap or like it would break even with a heavy gift inside. Priced better than I normally find at Target or Walmart.
