We always get the Oder filters. Wouldn’t they help with bacteria and toxins?

Hello, The MinusA2 and A3 air purifier have a unique customizable filtration system. It can trap and reduce all types of the particles and pollutants regardless which customized filter you choose. Just like a regular non-customizable air purifier. However, the customized filter can enhance the effectiveness of the air purifier in one specific area (e.g. odors). For example, when you install the odor remover customized filter in the MinusA2, the overall deodorization efficiency will increase. Besides the customized filter, there are 4 other filters inside the MinusA2 that can trap and reduce germs, odors, pet allergens and toxins. This is because the MinusA2 also includes the Pre-filter, Medium filter, HEPA filter and Charcoal-based activated carbon filter. Feel free to contact Rabbit Air if you have any additional questions.

Can we replace Mid filter with customized filter? so that way we can have two customizes filter?

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Rabbit Air. We advise that you do not remove the Medium filter to replace it with another customized filter. The reason for that is because the Medium filter is in place to catch the smaller particles that the pre-filter cannot capture as well as capture the particles that are large enough to clog up the HEPA filter. As a result of the medium filter being removed the HEPA filter can get saturated faster, having to replace it ahead of time.
