Best arm for the money
It looks nice, I was looking for an arm that wouldn’t bend my desk and this one is perfect, it comes with base and feels very sturdy. It also feels high quality, no creaking. My only minor complaint is I wish the instructions were just a tiny bit more detailed. It’s not hard to out together but I did have to take pieces apart twice because I have attached or inserted things the wrong way. Not a huge problem but just a minor criticism. Compared to the ergotron lx this one is cheaper, holds more weight and can hold a larger screen while having a premium feel. Would definitely recommend 5/5

Heavy duty, space saving and elegant.
Ditch that space hogging stand your monitor came with that only goes up and down with a little tilt! This thing is awesome, elegant, and heavy duty. Fits well on an Uplift desk.

Beefhouse monitor arm
The assembly took a bit more work than I'm used to for monitor arms, but it goes to show how next-level adjustable and well thought-out the design is, here. There's a lot to play around with to get it dialed in to your needs, and absolutely nothing loose or wonky to deal with. The core seems to be made of cast aluminum rather than steel, which makes it a pretty hefty arm. There is no wobble or play in it once you have everything set up properly. Along the way you get a little ring for the base that you can put in upside-down to limit the base to 180 degrees of motion, or right side up for full 360 degree movement. The clamp is a mechanism I've never seen before - you just take that squared off metal plate, twist and tighten the long bolt head down on it, and it clamps onto the desk. It's basically the same as you'd do with the grommet mount but instead of a flat plate at the bottom, it's a plate that bends around the side. In any case, the provided mounting plates ensure that even if you're mounting onto relatively weak manufactured wood desk surfaces, there's enough spread of the tension that you won't risk torquing a chunk out of your desk while adjusting your monitor. It's fairly easy to get to all the adjustment points, and everything seems rock solid once dialed in, which is relatively easy to do. I absolutely love the VESA plate installation as well, which makes getting the monitor on or off an absolute breeze. I have only a couple complaints:-The weight limit states 4 to 44 lbs for attached monitors, and I've determined mine to be 9.5 lbs. I have the gas spring tuned all the way down but it's still noticeably quite a lot easier to lift than to drop. I can't adjust it to let up on the tension further, and I think if I actually put a 4 lb monitor on this thing it would almost certainly be lifting itself up over time. I'd recommend a bit of caution if you're on the lower end of this rating, as it's already a mild inconvenience to have to pull down with a bit more force than desired to adjust the monitor's height, without any means to tune down the spring force further.-The lower portion of the arm as a channel for cable management but it's held in place by two screws that you have to come up from underneath to access. I decided to ignore it because that's particularly inconvenient in my setup for now. This is something I've seen competing brands make simple and elegant without tools. The top portion is merely acceptable, but overall the cable routing at its best is not going to hide your cables well.Given its heavy-duty capabilities, minus a few shortcomings, I think the price is right.

The Perfect Monitor Arm
The nicest looking and most well built monitor arm I’ve ever used — and I’ve used a lot over the years. Not even a hint of bend or give with even the heaviest monitor I own. Highly recommend, and I’ll be buying a second for my desk here shortly!

High quality
This monitor stand is really high quality. I sadly bought a budget monitor arm prior and it would just sag downward with my 22 inch monitor. I had to crank the bolt down to get it to remotely hold and even then it would sag at the slightest touch. It was quite annoying. This was a lesson to buy nice or buy twice. This monitor arm didn't have that problem. It is as stable as can possibly be. Installation was a breeze and the quality of the parts far exceeds my expectations. Really holds my 22 inch monitor nice and securely however I position it. The arm is so secure. So much adjustability. Don't cheap out on your monitor arm like I did. Buy something high quality for a great price, like this BenQ arm.
