Pump defective
I wish businesses would have their products made in America and not China. The ear pump didn’t work on this, and it went all over my head instead of in my ear I have high hopes of this product, but I am hesitant to order it again.

It’s challenging to use the spray because of the angle. Effectively? I am not so sure yet.

Hearing Loss Improvement
This is a product EVERYONE should know about. I had no hearing on my right ear. I used this product once a week. After the third week I realized I could suddenly hear out of my right ear. Not yet as good as my other ear but I could distinguish words instead of all sounds being muffled together like underwater. I bought hearing aids and had no luck being able to use. This is the most incredible product available and not expensive. You don't need to use but a few sprays in your ear. EVERYONE WITH HEARING ISSUES PLEASE TRY THIS!

Di not tell you had to lay down 30mins. after use
They did not tell you that you had too lay down for 30mins after use. I returned it. Did not use it so I do not know if it works or not!

I tried this product for more than three months. But there is effect/improvement. I think, this product is a scam !!
