6 1oz servings per container, 170 calories, 15g fat, 110mg sodium, 5g carbohydrates, 3g. fiber ( 2g net carbs) and 6 g. protein... Hope this helps!!!

Q: If you have tried both flavors...which tastes better sriracha or sweet thai chili?

I've had both flavors and prefer the sweet thai chili. To me the sriracha flavor wasn't as flavorful.
