Q: How do you store it between uses? With it being really wet will it get moldy?

I have a bakers rack in my outdoor kitchen area. I keep it on the rack upside down so that air gets to it. My kitchen area has a roof, so it doesn’t get additional water. I’ve been using it a couple of months now, and it hasn’t got moldy.
