What is the diameter of the cups?

One is 3” at rim of glass. Two are 2.75”. And, the last two are 2.5”. These are works of art. Perfect while sipping sake or tequila or soju.

are all the glasses different? if I bought two sets would I recieve 10 different glasses?

I bought one set, it comes with 5 different glasses. I saw the same set in Japan, and some other websites, they all show the same 5 assortment. So, I am 99% sure that they are all the same set of the same 5 assortment.

Can you use these glasses for hot sake as well?

I don’t know as I only used them for cold sake.

I've only used them for cold but they are very well made and the glass is thick. They certainly seem like they would be fine for hot sake.
