This review is for the super king blanket which I fully recommend.The blanket is well constructed of a fleece material with an attached elasticated skirt. This skirt fits well over a deep mattress and holds the blanket in place. I chose this version with manual controls because I have it plugged into an Alexa-controlled smart socket. This enables me to set a timer or use voice control to turn it on and off.I only use the blanket to heat up the bed and turn it off before I get in. I have it on setting 2 or 3 for about and hour which warms up the pyjamas and bed nicely. It is very comfortable and you cannot feel the wires when lying on it.The only thing that may be an issue for some people is the placement of the connecting plugs on the blanket. They are positioned on each edge about a foot down from the top which puts it almost level with your shoulder. If you sleep lying on the edge of the bed this could be a bit uncomfortable but I don’t find it issue.I love this blanket, it is cosy, comfortable and keeps you snuggly warm all night. Get one, you won’t regret it!

This electric blanket is unlike any I’ve had in the past. It has a thick and very warm fleece base with a net skirt which easily tucks under every side of the mattress. There are no ties or cords to have to fiddle with, having to lift heavy mattresses right up to get them right under to the other side, as in the past. Consequently, the blanket is very securely fitted to the bed and when I woke the next morning hadn’t moved at all. It warms up quickly and evenly and I specifically chose this make as it had the two separate controls for each side of the bed. I am incredibly impressed with the design of this blanket and only wish I had bought it years ago. Yes, it is expensive but it has a really luxurious and good quality feel. I expect it to last a long time.

We bought this particular electric blanket six years ago, and it still works perfectly. Now we have just bought a second one, identical to the first, for another bedroom. So my review here is mostly a copy of my previous review:-We chose this electric blanket on the basis of its excellent reviews, and have not been disappointed. It arrived nicely presented in a square transparent polythene box with a zipped lid (so you can use it to store the blanket in the summer). Unlike other electric blankets I've experienced this one covers ALL the bed, there is no skimping of material. It fits securely on the bed with the skirt 'netting' tucked under the mattress all round. Comfort: this electric blanket is made of fleece which means it is nicely warm to lay on even when not switched on. It has dual controls operated by manual controllers (two of them of course on each side of the blanket) which each have 3 heat settings. As other reviewers have suggested, manual switches, although not so techie as digital ones, are likely to be more reliable. The controllers certainly appear to be robust and are easy to use. The controllers hang down a few inches from the mattress so you can't inadvertently lay on them. Where the cables fit into the edge of the blanket there is a very slight bump, but this is right on the blanket edge and won't interfere with your sleep at all. I know some people are preoccupied with how long an electric blanket takes to heat up. This doesn't especially concern me but for the record this seems pretty quick. On '3' setting (the highest) the bed gets comfortably warm in 30 minutes, and very warm after 50 minutes. A bonus is that because the blanket is made of fleece it retains the heat better. This means I set it to '3' half an hour before I go to bed and then turn it off just before I get into bed. The blanket retains the heat for quite a while. You could of course leave it on '1' all night I suppose if you really are a cold mortal. So all in all we (my wife and I) are very pleased with it. The dual controls mean there are no disagreements as we can each choose what heat setting we like. Lastly, you can gently hand wash or machine wash (on the Wool setting) this blanket (disconnecting the controllers first of course). So very pleased with it. In my opinion it's far better value than a couple of other household name electric blankets I've tried in the past.

I really like this electric blanket/mattress cover. I think the luxury element of it is the lovely thick fleece which lies on top of the mattress. It has a skirt which then tucks under the mattress holding the blanket in place. This felt a little flimsy to me and I wonder how durable it will be, however at the moment it is fine. The blanket has 2 control pads so each side of the bed can be heated independently (sockets at each side of bed required) There are easy to use to simple settings, only 3 and an off switch. The 3rd setting gets really warm but is ideal for warming the bed before turning it down to a lower setting. It is very comfortable to lie on and there is no hint of heating elements to dig into one. Our nights are cosy and comfortable

Only 3 heat settings but does the job really well. Fully fitted rather than just a few silly straps to attach it to the mattress. I've never even heard of this make but that's true of most things nowadays. Instruction book well written in English too... Not that anyone reads them!

Please be aware that the plugs are for the UK(but it turns out that a simple adapter fixed the problem as UK, Spain and Portugal have comparable energy outlets. I love this heated mattress pad, it works even better than I imagined! There is no heat in my apartment, so hopping into a cold bed felt like torture and piling on a extra comforter, only made it uncomfortable due to the weight. It keeps my warm and comfortable all night long...so glad I found this!

Die Decke hat eine super Größe und wird schön kuschlig warm. Die Heizdrähte spürt man auch nicht und dank der Befestigung verrutscht die Wärmeunterlage auch nicht!Das einzige, was ich bemängeln möchte ist, dass nirgends vermerkt ist, dass es sich um englische Stecker handelt... musste also nach dem Auspacken nochmal Adapter für deutsche Stecker besorgen. An sich kein Problem, aber wäre schön, wenn es in der Beschreibung ersichtlich wäre!
