Reversing Camera, Uzone Universal Car Rear View Backup Camera with Waterproof Night Vison HD 170 Degree Wide Angle Parking Support Camera for Car RV Caravan Hitch Tow Truck

I bought this camera as my wife's new car didn't have a reversing camera and she finds one useful. I chose this design because it has a metal mounting bracket that meant it would be possible to fit it onto the back of her car, hanging down from the boot release assembly (in a similar position to the camera on my car). Installation was tricky enough as the car is a hatchback and I needed to be creative in how I routed the wires to the front of the car, but once that little problem was solved it was as simple as sticking the camera in place using the supplied adhesive pad (screws are also provided) and routing power and video feed lines.The supplied video cable is long enough to reach the monitor (not supplied) at the front of the car with a bit left over. It has a red wire at each end, these may be used to carry power to the monitor (although I didn't use them). The power cable is a standard barrel jack type and is quite long, although I did join it to another piece of wire that was routed to the reversing lights.Picture quality from the camera is excellent, and as you can see in the picture, the camera includes guide lines on the video feed - these may be removed if desired by cutting the white wire on the camera power cable. NOTE: The presence of this wire does NOT mean the camera is faulty or damaged as some other reviewers have suggested!!The metal bracket is removable from the camera if you want to mount it inside your car's bumper, but but this bracket can also be rotated to suit your mounting requirements (the silver label on the camera body is the top!)All in all this is a great wee camera if you're looking for a cheap aftermarket solution for adding a reversing camera to a car.

Surprisingly clear image and works in very low light though no IR illumination. Very small and unobtrusive.Failed after 2 months; I think due to short cable to camera being compressed by cable tie. Bought another; very inexpensive.

I am pleased with this HD reversing camera. It came with all the wires and cables needed to fit onto the vehicle, it DOESN'T come with a recieving screen, so you would have to purchase one seperately (unless of course you already have one built in to your car). The picture is good enough to see clearly, just make sure you do a check on the screen to make sure you can see all you'll need to reverse and make sure you're about to fit it in the correct place before actually screwing/fixing it on..Overall I am pleased it's a good bit of kit and very useful for me, being in a larger vehicle, the only downfall for me was that I had to purchase a seperate screen for viewing the video on.

Great little camera. Very small, so hardly notice it is there once installed. Solidly made. Works perfectly in daylight and pretty good in poor light / darkness. OEM cameras have better poor light performance I think, but for the price this is great.

Compared to other cameras ive had this no way in HD quality. It works fine and is acceptable.

Ideal reversing camera bought it for a head unit ,Discreet litle camera well made good picture and easy to fit would not be without it.

The camera fails on the only two things that sets it apart from the others.The image is very low resolution and very grainy even in full sun.The viewing angle is exactly 90 degrees, not 170 so the grainy image is made worse by being tiny.

Ich habe leider übersehen,dass ich einen Monitor benötige, daher habe ich erst mal bei jmd.probiert. Ich muss sagen sie hält was sie verspricht. Preis-leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.Daumen hoch

Schrauben Rosten schon. Bild ist nicht gerade gut. Kaufen würde ich es nicht mehr.
