SO much better than other items intended to keep the flange sticking to the skin. I now order 2 packs of these a month via the dme but before the DME was carrying them consistently I sometimes got them here on amazon---- I'm not willing to pay for much out of pocket for my daughter's ostomy supplies, but this stuff? Worth it's weight in gold. More fiddley to put on than other items (the semi circle things for instance) but stick SO WELL. Hold it on with your hand before taking off the white part--- your body heat will help it stick. Then hold it on again after taking off the white part. She wears her system for 4-5 days at a time and showers/swimming are NO problem (she just blow drys after). I will say that after putting it on, we wait 24 hours until she showers or swims so we always put it on right after a shower. I don't know that you HAVE to, but that works well for us.

I now use a Hollister ostomy pouching system that is flexwear (14505) and lock and roll pouch (18193). I just started using this system in January. This system fits my stomach roll very well. I’ve always had trouble with leakage around the flange.Sometimes I was changing my system every day. I read some reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. It is awesome. I’ve had no problems with leakage since putting this with my regular Hollister routine. I even went to Disney World for vacation and rode the tubing water ride in animal kingdom 3 times in a row. I was soaked to the skin. My ostomy stayed in place and never came off. I changed it the next morning after having it on for 4 days. I now can wear my ostomy as high as 5 or 6 days if I need to. Now I change it every 4th day and I have no problems putting this around my flange and taking it off. It only adds about 1 minute to my regular routine. If your having any trouble keeping your flange in place consider this product. I am so glad I found it.

Love this product. It makes me feel more secure against leaking.

My husband has an ileostomy and was using waterproof tape around the edges of the wafer to prevent leaks. Not only did the regular tape not work for leaks but also irritated the heck out of his skin. Found these while researching other products. These rings were amazing. They did not cause any skin irritation and the were completely waterproof and stick until you peel them off. Wish we had found them sooner!!! Cannot recommend these enough. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I'm shocked at how well this worked. The adhesive film is very thin. Thinner than Saran wrap. Because of that, it's a little fiddly to put on, but sticks so well that wrinkles won't interfer with the ability to stop leaks. Just pat down gently all over. It has saved me at night which is when I get the most blowouts. I get much more rest. The only thing I would change is adding a small extension tab to the white release paper part to make separating the film from the paper easier. The clear side is super easy to remove.

Awkward in every way. Easy to tear bag when attempting to attach. Very disappointed.

I love these! Easy to apply! For those who have had trouble here’s what I do,,,I take off the clear piece then stick it on over your appliance then rub it down good the just lift the thick piece ( it’s stuck to your skin) then take your finger and go around lifting the thick piece as you push the thin skin down. Hopefully I made since 🤔 I was able to do it the first time no problems.The product is amazing! I recommend trying them if you have an Ostomy! Life changer!

I’ve ordered this twice, the second time I ordered it, they sent me a smaller size. I haven’t returned it because I’m in a pinch and I need something, but this definitely doesn’t work as well as the first time I ordered.
