Damaged Product
One of the DeLonghi Eco 3.4 Ounce Mini Descaler, arrived with a small puncture which cause the package to be soaked in descaler solution which I should highlight is a highly corrosive substance. Unfortunately the Seller doesn't have a return policy and I doubt there will be any reimbursements. I assume to consider this as "bad luck" and therefore I am forced to leave an awful review of 1 star.
