We’ve tried several other brands (several marketed here on Amazon) and found that they skimp on ingredients and use cheaper forms of magnesium that lead to major gastrointestinal distress, bloating, gas, etc., or they’re overpriced for what is essentially mostly salt. This brand uses high quality ingredients and has the right amount of salt for us. We use it after workouts (in the Florida summer heat and humidity, no less) and notice a difference- it seems to enhance recovery and reduce muscle soreness. Our tummies are happy and so are we. We won’t be using any other brands.

I bought this for intermittent fasting. The taste was fine but my blood pressure was very low no matter how much I drank. I didn’t want to spend the money for LMNT but decided to suck it up and pay the extra and what a difference it made. My blood pressure is now stable and my hydration levels are great. If you are doing intermittent fasting as a lifestyle change, LMNT is the way to go. All the LMNT flavors are quite good and they don’t use artificial colors. 1000mg sodium vs 200mg is quite a difference!

I am a 70 year old who exercises regularly. Although I was drinking plenty of water, my muscles seemed to be tighter than usual, and I was feeling fatigued after workouts. After doing some research, I found that my potassium or magnesium intake may be contributing to the cause and searched for a product on amazon. Many of the products I found had either too much sugar or not enough potassium/magnesium. This one fit the bill, so I gave it a try. The taste exceeded my expectations with the sugar being so low and it mixed well. After taking it for a month, I am feeling the benefits. Muscle soreness has gone down considerably, and I feel more energy throughout the day. Another benefit I didn’t expect is that I would occasionally get bad muscle cramps in my legs around bedtime. Haven’t had one since! I highly endorse this product. 4.5 out of 5 Stars.

I work outdoor construction sites in Arizona, and the heat is brutal. For the past ten years I’ve tried a lot of products, always searching for something better. The harsh environment of framing and roofing in the phoenix sun tests your body and supplement regime to the max. This is the first product that myself and my crew have settled on, and stopped looking for a better product- because this stuff works! And it tastes good!! At least I think so. I don’t like all the flavors, but man, the lemon lime is awesome! I prefer to drink it over anything I can buy at circle k or a grocery store, so it’s cutting down on my stops during the day and saving me money. If one of us runs out during the day, we will check each others trucks, and steal a scoop or two, so buy enough to share! Not everyone likes the taste, my wife doesn’t, though she’s only tried the lemon lime. When she’s sick though, she’ll drink it, because even though she doesn’t like the taste, it is a great product and she can tell it helps

First off- mixes up really well. I didn’t have clumps at all like I get with other brands. Tastes great- mixed with room temp water and thought it was perfect. I have been using it after working out and have been feeling great. I can’t wait to continue to use in the summer when my workouts get draining. I am sure this product will help with summer fatigue when working out in the sun.

I am drinking it right now and can’t say I enjoy the taste of it. It somehow reminds me of a medication I had to take as a kid.

I've been drinking lots of different electrolyte powders all Spring and Summer. I've tried probably a dozen flavors...then I started looking for one that had whole food ingredients in it. I was really excited to find this one. I thought the ingredients looked great.... but I cannot drink it. The flavor is the strongest and worst I have ever tried. I would prefer unflavored over this. I'm used to drinking celery juice, cucumber juice, coconut water etc, but cannot handle this extremely strong, artificial flavor.

Wonderful product! I love the taste of all, especially the strawberry lemonade which keeps me from having to drink excessive amounts of water. These electrolytes mix wonderfully in just an average bottle of water with minimal shaking and blend great with my powdered medication eliminating the usual bland taste and replacing it with a much sweeter and easier-to-drink mix. Highly recommend it to all those who need the extra electrolytes and want a great tasting product.
