Yeah. Just yeah. The burn is legit. The pump is nuts. Watching the muscles strain and the veins pop out from such a simple device is straight awesome.I’m 56 and active and have bad carpal tunnel on one side. Twitching pinkie, can’t open lids. All thatThis has already made my grip strength grow and I kinda feel like after a few sessions that carpal issue is somewhat minimized.As one who isn’t afraid to call out snake oil. This one isn’t. I’ll recommend to anyone needing stronger grips and forearms but just know it works other groups too.

Got this as a high school graduation gift for my nephew, who is an Arm wrestler that competes regularly. I opened it up and messed with it myself and it’s very easy to use and you feel the burn/pump. Excellent quality.

Great device for forearm development and pump. This is like a cheaper version of a Sidewinder Pro. Harder to adjust and action not as smooth. Still a 5 star product, but only because the Sidewinder Pro is 6/5 stars and every other wrist curl product I've ever used is garbage.

Works as advertised. Once you adjust it to suit your needs you can start burning. I started out only being able to do 30 secs at a time, now only a few days later up to a minute at a time. Will keep pushing!

Honestly, it works great. Has nice build quality and it's easy to understand. The reason I do give it 3 stars is the for usability and how effective it is. Feels more like a gimmick to be using this instead of doing actual forearm workouts with a dumbbell.

It works as described. It’s a little grainy feeling, but it a great supplement to my forearm workout. I use it in between sets to really get a pump

This is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment I’ve ever used.I’ve never gotten a better pump. Previously, I’ve used a handle/rope with weights for forearms for years. That doesn’t come close to the pump I get from this thing.Well worth the money!
