I want to start off with I purchase all of my supplements, powder, pills, all forms from nutricost. I spent a lot of time researching and comparing companies, trying to find a good company. Not all supplement companies are honest or actually value the customers health, so I settled with nutricost as one of the better companies out there.Super greens powder supplement- not the greatest. The main things that got me to try it were that it stated: gluten free & third party tested. However, it has wheat grass in its ingredients so if you’re allergic to wheat, this is not a good option. It cannot be completely gluten free because the way wheat grass is processed, it is not guaranteed that no cross contamination happened.Taste: it tastes okay for a greens powder, can’t really taste the mixed berry flavor. However, the color of the powder is extremely green, almost not natural green.Mixing: I can’t provide a good answer to this as I mix it with my smoothie and it works pretty ok. It doesn’t matter what I add to my smoothie, the smoothie comes out dark green which again doesn’t set right with me because of how other greens powders would come out mixed with smoothies compared to this one. Smells normal though and it’s not overwhelming. It is static so “within limits of allowable heavy metals” is possible.Energy & fiber: cannot comment specifically on energy boost as I mentioned before I mix it with other supplements in my morning smoothie so it could have provided energy and I wouldn’t have noticed it. Fiber and bowel movement: I noticed that other greens powders have better or fast fiber acting and had a more consistent bow movement than being on this supplement.Overall value: 3/5. Will I be purchasing it again after using the full container the first time? No. I’m allergic to wheat and also try to avoid gluten. Will I continue to purchase from nutricost? Yes! I have moved on from greens powders to using their fiber powder supplement. Will give that one a review after finishing the container.

These greens are good. Easy to mix in water and drink everyday. It was a good value for the money.

I've been looking for a green powder that tastes good and its been a tough search. This one comes closest to the best taste but still has that "green taste" that you should always expect from these products. I've found a solution that works great and I've made it my gym workout energy drink I loved it so much. I fill my shaker with around 20oz of water, toss a scoop of the green in there but also a scoop of the fruit punch nutricost creatine powder. Then I open a nutricost 200mg caffeine pill and put that powder in there too for some pick me up in the morning. Its tastes great, gets rid of the "green taste" perfectly and I get my 5mg of creatine all in one!

I happen to like and trust this brand’s supplements so I thought I’d give it a try. I usually add it to a smoothy with protein powder and frozen berries but when rushing one morning I put a scoop in my water bottle and was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of this alone with cold water and no blending, or even shaking. Highly recommended.

Yummy! I add a splash of guava juice to my mixture into a 16 oz glass of water as well as scoop of Hyaluronic acid.
