Arrived on time. Price was alright. Easy to assemble, I did it myself. Had to contact customer service. Service was kind and understanding. My 5 year old grandson loves it.

This is a great product for the money. The instructions might as well be written in another language. My husband had to watch the video on the product page and keep pausing it to see how to put it together. Overall though, I'm pleased with the purchase.

I don't like the fact that in the picture and in the video. It shows a 3 inch Pole and in the box. The Pole might be an inch and a 1/2.Which that should be sought to advertisement.

I recently bought the Kids Basketball Hoop Outdoor with Sandbag for my three nephews who have been through a difficult time after losing their mother unexpectedly. I am impressed by the quality of this hoop! Its easy to move around, but not so easy that it feels like its going to tip over. Its very easy to adjust the height, so the kids can grow with it. You adjust it with a simple handle. You can fill it with water or sand, but I would recommend sand for a safer weight, leaving you worry free of it falling over. The 6 month guarantee is great, as I don’t have to worry if anything goes wrong. I would recommend and would buy again.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect at this price point, but this seems like a rather solid outdoor basketball hoop. My nephews, from age 15-23, use it and they range in height, so it works for all of them. It was easy to set up and didn't take very long before they were outside playing. A great activity to get them out of the house and off the games, lol.

The quality of the hoop is really good. You get quality bolts/ washers/ spacers and tools to assemble the hoop. However, the instructions that come with it are horrible. Now, I'm the type that rarely even needs directions to assemble things like this, but this was not the case for this. The shapes of the connector pieces don't match the images in the instructions and there are no "orientation" markings for when you are assembling the backboard/ framework, making it confusing. I had to disassemble three backboard linkage several times to get it together correctly.
