Effective heater at a very good price.
I ordered the heater for use in my medium sized (20 ft x10ft) uninsulated workshop/shed. I would say that the heater was a big success through the winter months. I added a long length of pipe to the exhaust and ran it across the width of the building in a slight slope so that any condensate ran out, which had the effect of using some of the waste heat for additional heating. The shed was comfortably warm in a fairly short space of time and I felt that the economy was good using "28 second" heating oil (kerosene). The heater has proved to be reliable and very good value.

Very happy, especially for the price
I purchased this heater because the original heater I bought was faulty. It arrived as promptly as you would expect from Amazon. It came well packed and even though the writing in the main manual is so small, I struggled to rear it (Even with my glasses on), This heater came with additional instructions which were more legible. After connecting it to my converter and priming the fuel lines, it fired up straight away. The only negative thing I would say is that the inlet and out let manifolds, along with the hose clips and silencer feel cheap. If I am honest, they all seem generic, no matter which make or model heater you buy.In summary I am very happy with this little heater. For the very little electricity and fuel it uses, to produce so much heat output AND from a price comparison point of view, I think it is exceptional value for money.

Death trap.
Was superb at first but after only a few weeks of use started emitting deisel fumes via the hot air-out opening. This resulted in a gradual build up of sooty deposits anywhere in our home where water condensed (cold surfaces such as toilet cistern, windows etc). This was only discovered after my partner complained of smelling burnt deisel in the room where it was placed. I then noticed black water from the windows when using our Karcher window vacuum. More looking around showed black soot anywhere cobwebs had formed. I then noticed black stains on the hallway wall opposite the hot air outlet. Our carbon monoxide sensor also started going off. This heater could have killed us both if the sensor had not alerted us, which then prompted me to do further investigation. I have removed the heater now which has been an expensive near miss with death. A full refund is needed.

Works Better than Advertised
I'm using this in a tree house/cabin off grid in the woods and I'm happy 😁This is my second diesel heater and cost me half as much as my first, whilst being twice as good.1). It is very fuel efficient (on minimum power it burns 1L in 12 hours).2). It uses hardly any battery power (on a 120amph battery, it went from 12.9v to 12.3v over 12 hours and I had led lights on).3). The unit is very compact and I like it in my cabin, however if you're in a vehicle and fitting permanently, you'll need the slim line model.4). It arrives with all of the kit you'll need but as others have mentioned, the outlet hose is only 1000mm long so you might need an extension (in the cabin my exhaust hose is 5000mm long) Always will be down to placement and exhausts are available on Amazon. All in all, I highly recommend this unit and sometimes buying the cheapest will work out for you as it has done for me this time

Really good but fuel tank isn't 5 litres.
This is a grand piece of kit. All the heat in the world, uses about 3½ litres in 24hr and doesn't drain much current except when starting up and shutting down. For my installation I like the on board fuel tank, but it's more like 4 litres than 5.I do recommend it, but do make sure you prime it before first use, the instructions are pretty good on how to do this, and the first time you run it do so outdoors because it smokes like Billy-O for the first 10 minutes or so. After that there's no smell or smoke at all.

Great value
I know this is cheap and wasn’t expecting much but it actually works very well, some of the hardware feels a bit cheap ( because it is ) but everything did as it should, the instructions aren’t amazing but I could work them out. It did smell a bit for the first couple of hours but It seems to run clean now, if you’re expecting and eberspacher for £85 then you’ll be disappointed but if you live in the real world then you will be delighted
