I was wrong. On Google you find these ingredients: Nutrition. The ingredients in the Swiss version are: Water, salt, hydrolysed soya protein, Sodium glutamate, Disodium inosinate (E631), Yeast extract, Citric acid, acetic acid, wheat and “aroma.” Maggi seasoning sauce may or may not be gluten free: it will depend on which country's version you have. I'm not sure about MSG. Does it come under Sodium glutamate? Nor do I know if we get the Swiss version in the US. Best wishes, AB

Yes the cap screws off completely so you can refill the bottle.

Do you have to refrigerate it after opening?

I can't say that it says to..it might but I did keep it in the refrigerator..I live alone and stuff lasts me a bit..In my opinion it's best

What is the sodium amount per teaspoon?

The bottle I’m looking at says 400mg per teaspoon. A teaspoon goes a long way. 17% of your daily requirement for sodium.
