Finished product should be a perfect one.
Cap of the bottle is slightly loose and not tight enough and as a result when the pack was opened found some amount of contents was still oozing out. Manufacturer should ensure to market properly fitted products so that the customer does not receive a defective one.

substandard product
i have been using this product for a long time i generally buy from Airport Forest Essential shops. This time i ordered with Amazon and found the product to be of substandard or duplicate. Not Happy with the product.
