Good product. Gentle on the stomach.

I see a difference in my iron from taking these pills everyday. Easy on the stomach is why I bought them and they definitely are.

My red blood cell count was low due to surgery and felt I needed Iron. I purchased this particular brand for the way it was manufactured knowing it would be a good, safe product. It said to take one pill a day, but I took one in the morning and one at night. After about a week my strength and stamina began improving noticeably. I've continued to take the pills but am down to just one per day.

I was severely anemic and this definitely helped. In about 6 weeks I felt so much better. My blood work greatly improved also.

Have had some minor digestion issues with these but additional fiber supplements seem to be helping so I'm satisfied overall.
