It mixes easily with water, haven't tried it with any other liquid. I have noticed a slight gain in muscle and definitely in strength.

Very good clean creatine. I did a 1 week loading cycle and did not experience any bloating or cramps.You do need to drink at least a gallon of water a day when taking this or you will feel dehydrated.Very clean and great value. Creatine is the cheapest most effective supplement that you can buy. Good stuff.
