Absolutely adorable!
While the doll is super cute, has good quality and was carefully wrapped, I will admit I was surprised by how actually small it is, it's almost the same size as my phone. I'll admit I expected it to be just a bit bigger. Overpriced? Maybe, but it's so cute I can't even be mad đŸ˜

Great childhood memories!! I picked this one is because it looks like the one I had when I was little. It's so cute. Make sure you pay attention to the size... It's small. Some reviews mentioned no box. I bought it on Amazon with Prime from seller Sparkfish, and mine came in a box!! So happy! This one is a gift. I'm going to get myself one... Or maybe 2. So cute!!Updated 8/16/2020: I ordered a purple Monchhichi from seller Sparkfish on Amazon.com PRIME, and both Monchhichis came in the red cardboard box as pictured in excellent condition. I am adding a comparison of the 2 Monchhichis. The fur on these 2 that I got is very soft. My sister has 2 older identical looking ones from about 8 years ago, and she said that the fur is not as soft as these. I also ordered her 2 (red and purple). The skin color on the purple one is a little dark shade - looks like she got a tan. Both Monchhichis have a serial number printed on the back - the serial number on the red one was pressed into the tag, while the purple one was printed on. Both serial number is in different formats. Another noticeable difference is that the tail on the red one is sewed on higher than the purple one. Lastly, the eyes on the purple one sit lower and much closer to the top of the freckles than the red one, which make the little girl looks younger and chubbier, which I find very cute. Regardless of the differences, they are still very cute.

Exactly what I expected
My sister had one when we were kids and I tossed it out a window, to see the joy in my sisters face when she received it as a gift 40 yrs later was priceless. It's perfect.

Beyond cute
I remember these from my childhood, and had to get one of my own when I saw them here on Amazon. He's the most precious little guy! So soft and sweet. Anyone who loves monchhichi will be thrilled with this one. He's small, but absolutely adorable.He was packaged very well, and arrived in perfect condition. The price was good compared to other online stores I looked at, especially given that shipping is free with Prime. :)
