The SRF site says their beef jerky contains Wagyu beef, tamari, pepper, garlic, onion, sea salt, and is lightly sweetened with cane sugar.

Not this was not kosher, but probably would have been delicious if not dried out…old

How long does it last in refrigerator after opening?

I kept a package, tightly closed, in the frig from last Christmas, til August of this year. It tasted as fresh as when I opened it. So, at least that long.
