Have used this cartridge before with no problem. Bought this one ahead of time so I would have a replacement in hand when the previous one went dry. It would not work when I used it said there was a problem with the chip. Amazon returns is 30 days so I’m screwed thinking I his product was ok. Reading reviews others have the same chip problem. I should be refunded or cartridge replaced. It is a defective product by the company and they should make it right . If you don’t see a follow up from me , avoid this product

I bought these cartridges as I was tired of paying HP prices and saw that they had many good reviews. My black (K) had run out so as soon as the package arrived I removed the HP cartridge and installed this one.The printer gave me a message saying non-HP ink could cause problems but I cleared that and immediately started printing. I’ve so far seen no difference in print quality or leaking as some have said happened to them. As I use this one, and replace the color cartridges, I will update this review (if necessary), especially if they stop working or seem to run out early.For now these appear to be an affordable and efficient replacement for the 952 series from HP.

These cartridges work beautifully. After researching what happens when the HP 8715 wouldn't accept an offbrand cartridge, I tried to install an actual HP cartridge. Imagine my rage when it refused to accept it's own HP brand cartridge, with the message something to the effect that this cartridge was an older generation. I admit that the cartridge was purchased awhile back to have on hand when I needed it. It's bad enough that HP tries to control my printer that I paid for and own, but when it wouldn't accept it's own cartridge, I was furious. I reset the printer to the factory settings & turned off automatic updates. I followed the directions that came with the cartridges, the printer is now working great. These cartridges have made me soooooooo happy. The price is reasonable, the delivery was quick, and I couldn't be happier. I just installed these cartridges yesterday.

I need a time machine! Please, someone send me back in time to when I placed this order so I could cancel it and buy real, HP ink. I'm constantly running print-head cleaning cycles on my printer now, just so I can generate the 3-4 pages a week that I need at home. I'm burning so much ink in the cleaning cycles that my cost savings from buying the cheap stuff has to be overshadowed by wasted ink.I had NEVER run a cleaning cycle on my printer until I put this liquid crap in there. :(Advice for past me, in case I ever go back in time and read this: Pony up the cash for real HP ink, you cheapskate!EDIT: Vendor... please stop contacting me. I am NOT GOING TO CHANGE MY REVIEW, NO MATTER WHAT BRIBE YOU OFFER. JUST STOP!
