Very sturdy, great for adults :)
I am 42, 5' 3" and am a bit overweight at about 260. I wanted to get this scooter to get some extra excersise, and maybe slim my weight down. :)This scooter is really sturdy. It is light weight, functional and easy to carry when folded.This requires some assembly, had to put on the front wheel and kick stand, but it was simple, and worked out fine :)I really like this scooter, and recommend it to anyone that may want to have some fun. :) Great value for the money, and smooth ride. :)

Strong and reliable scooter for tall teenager
Perfect scooter for my 16yo football player son! He’s 6’2” and this really holds up. He scoots to the train to commute to school; no problem after 3 months of daily use.

I couldn't put it together! The directions aren't in English. They are in that strange pictogram style that they use in IKEA, but without charm, clarity or sincerity. The drawings are also so small, that it is hard to see things.Putting it together should be somewhat intuitive and you should be able to get most of it together, with only minimal consultation with the instructions. It didn't work out that way, with me. For me, I had to get out the directions, immediately. I didn't get very far without them.After putting it together as best I could, which involved more guesswork than anything else, it wouldn't roll right. The handlebars only went up about 6", so it wouldn't have fit me, as a 5'8" adult. I couldn't even test it out. Frankly, I don't understand what the other five star reviewers are talking about. This thing is useless!
