Despite being more than a decade as an Amazon customer, I rarely write reviews. This, however, warrants one. There's little more pleasing in an object than efficiency, simplicity, and good design. This guy is clever. The nozzles of different sizes are stored in the plunger. LOVE IT!. The quality of the plastic allows an easy slide of the 'meat' into the 'skins' (all in commas since I use plant based 'meat' and sausage 'skins'). The quality of the plastic also means It's the easiest thing in world to clean. Hand operated. You can use it in the garden or on the sofa if it pleases you. Slow application of pressure, and gentle working the 'meat' through the 'skin', keeps 'skins' from bursting. Highly recommended (by a former professional cook (21 years).

This is a great piece of kit for the average kitchen, if you like making sausages now and then. If you’re turning out mountains of them, something bigger would be more appropriate. But I make sausages once a week and this is perfect. Very easy to clean too. Great purchase.

Very very good product very easy to use

They are OK but would work best with 2 people. One to push the handle and one to guide the stuffed sausages. They are easily cleaned all the unused parts are stored in the stuffer. The bits won't get lost. I bought it to make just a few sausages so I don't need to set up my kitchen mixer and sausage attachments.
