returned as both outer and product box were badly damaged. missing sachets inside, Tried the orange flavour and good for cramps etc.PS. found another product which is much better value and in taste and not packaged in individual sachets but loose in a tub

Great electrolytes for water fasting and Keto
An excellent alternative to LMNT, particularly for those committed to water fasting and keto lifestyles.One of the very few unflavoured options available, completely free from sweeteners—unlike Dr. Berg’s electrolytes, which contain stevia. The absence of sweeteners, however, doesn’t mean it tastes unpleasant; in fact, it’s surprisingly palatable.It does sit at the higher end of the price spectrum. Better compared to salt tablets.

Nice fresh taste, not too salty.
I bought the apple flavour and it has a nice mild and fresh taste. I expected it to taste quite salty because it has 1000mg of sodium but you can barely taste it. I had planned just to use these for travel but I'll probably make them my go-to electrolyte. Only downside is they are a bit expensive so I'll probably wait for an offer and stock up.

Great for sweaty workouts
I bought these for my husband as an alternative to a more expensive brand and he thinks these are better. Perfect to add to your water bottle to have during gym sessions or after to replenish lost salts through sweating. They help prevent cramping brilliantly.

£14 for this… far more expensive than any alternatives I can get a tube of 20 for £4

The taste of salt is quite overpowering
I prefer the peach flavour over the watermelon but the saltiness makes it quite hard to drink even when you dilute it in more water than recommended. I use this in the morning at the gym and if I drink it too fast it makes me gag. As an electrolyte drink it's pretty effective but the flavour is just not right. Watermelon tastes very artificial. I don't think I'll be purchasing this again.
