Excellent product
It took a couple months of consistently taking to notice a difference, but I can honestly say that after taking it almost 2 months now, my moods are way better leading up to my period. I suffer from PMDD and didn't realize it until recently. I am taking this in combination with an antidepressant that is known to help PMDD, which I started shortly after this product. I don't know which thing helped more or if they are both super helpful but things have improved a lot for me. Instead of being a raging b**** and severely depressed at least a week before my period, I was just pretty tired and irritable. A little depressed, but not too bad.The other thing I like about this is that it has a blend of several helpful ingredients. I have found it works best for me to take in the morning. Hope this helps someone!

This stuff works especially getting of birth control
Ladies, if you are scared to get of birthcontrol don't be try this stuff. I'm going to get a bit personal because a review like this would have help me a lot sooner. I got on bc 5 years ago because of absolutely debilitating periods my entire life. I'm now 31. I was terrified ro get of bc because my acne had gotten out of control before and I had just got it under control with curolgy and retinol I was also terrified because I heard your period would come back with a vengeance!! I finally got the gull to do it and try this stuff. I've been off birth control for 6 months no acne ( besides maybe 1 around period time which I'll take because I had horrible cystic acne I think caused by birth control) no horrible cramping that I can't get through. I've been taking only 1 a day instead of 2 and I started that way, I honestly didn't realize I was suppose to take 2, which is a plus because I get 2 months worth instead of 1. Try this if you need help balancing your hormones.

Setting improvements!
I just ordered my third bottle. What they say is true that you really need to give it two months to start noticing a difference. The first month I only noticed my finger nails being stronger (not something they mentioned but definitely a bonus) and my Fitbit FINALLY starting to give me zone minutes when I exercise. I have been doing these exercises off and on since February and hardly ever had zone minutes. Now nearing the end of month two on this, I get zone minutes almost daily during my exercises. I have lost about 5 lbs. My period came 5 days early but only lasted 4 days instead of 7. Only the first day was absolutely miserable, so that is an improvement, but I need to go through a few more cycles to see if that's consistent. Last night was my first hot flash while sleeping in a month. That's only down from 4-5 a month, but I'll take that!

Excercise, eat healthier and take Flow & Glow!
My results are pretty good! I am pleasantly surprised! It definitely eased my pcos and with exercise and eating healthier you should see some good results!

It Works!
Being in my 50s definitely means hormone imbalance, but I do not want prescription drugs. Instead I choose to live a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise and this supplement. I would honestly say that at about 3 weeks you will start to feel the difference. Balanced hormones means better sleep, better energy, no night sweats, etc. I highly recommend this supplement paired with a healthy lifestyle!

This product works!!
I started taking this as directed 3 months ago. It took a little while to see results. But now I have absolutely no PMS systems and an almost non existent period. I would highly recommend.

Bad experience, not for me at all! :(
Not for me at all!!!! These pills made me feel anxious and really desperate. I took them as directed, with food, full glass of water and then an hour of so later, bang! Feeling super extrange, desperate, and feeling anxious, I couldn't concentrate anymore, i had to left what I was doing to go for a walk and calm myself but nothing. The effect took hours, then I tried to sleep to see if the feeling disappears but nothing :(. I finally fell asleep around 1-2am after being restless for hours. I bought this product because I read many good reviews, but definitive not for me. :(
